We took a one-night adventure to Long Beach to sleep in the caves. It was so wonderful to wake up to the sunrise. I am reminded every single day how amazing New Zealand is. It is not only the magnificent outdoors but also the people and lifestyle that puts me at ease. I am so grateful to be here and cannot wait for family and friends to visit.
